It's still difficult to treat uterine prolapse surgically in women who want to keep their uterus. Numerous methods including vaginal, laparoscopic, and open abdominal approaches have been documented. The laparoscopic technique provides rapid postoperative recovery in addition to good intraoperative visualization of surrounding and supporting tissues. There are currently reports of laparoscopic suspension of the uterus to the round ligaments, uterosacral ligaments, sacral promontory, and suture. This study details a novel surgical approach called laparoscopic uterine suspension, which has been effectively carried out on eight women. New uterosacral ligaments are created and the uterus is suspended to the sacral promontory bilaterally using mersilene tape.Although it can have dangers, bladder sling surgery is a frequent treatment for stress urine incontinence. The majority of women handle the surgery well, however organ perforation, mesh problems, and erosion are possible side effects. Issues may arise during surgery or even years afterwards.
