Fertility Expert

The capacity to conceive a child is known as fertility. The average number of children born throughout a person's lifetime, as measured by demographics, is their fertility rate. Contrarily, infertility refers to the challenge or inability to conceive naturally. Both men's and women's fertility decline with age. The single most important factor determining a woman's ability to conceive and deliver a healthy baby is her age. Early in her 30s, a woman's fertility starts to decline; around age 35, this decline becomes more pronounced. As women get older, the chances of difficulties during pregnancy rise. The loss in male fertility is more slight, but a man's age influences the likelihood that his (female) spouse will become pregnant. Males over 45 years of age had higher miscarriage rates, as well as higher developmental and mental health risks for their offspring. All of a woman's future eggs are there when she is born. Her eggs deteriorate in quality and number as she does. The most significant factor impacting a woman's fertility is her age. While being in high physical condition increases the likelihood of becoming pregnant and having a healthy baby, it cannot reverse the negative effects of aging on a woman's fertility.
